We're thrilled to roll out some fresh updates to Nnipa that make managing customers, sales, and files easier and more efficient. These changes are designed to help you work smarter while keeping things simple. Let's break down what's new!
Customers: Better Lead Tracking and Contact Management
Keeping tabs on potential customers and organizing contacts just got smoother:
- Leads Funnel: We've added a new Leads Funnel to help you sort customer records. Each record now has a status like New, Engaged, Qualified, Opportunity, Customer, or Disqualified. This makes it easier to focus on the best leads. Check the user documentation for details on how to use the leads funnel.
- External IDs: You can now connect customer records in Nnipa to other systems using External IDs. It's a simple way to keep everything in sync. Learn more in the user documentation.
- Smarter Contact Filtering: Finding contacts is easier with new filters for groups or custom fields, plus options to sort results.
- Improved Google Imports: Importing contacts from your Google account is now cleaner. Duplicates are skipped, and if your Google connection expires, you'll get a clear message with an easy fix to reconnect.
Sales: A Fresher Pipeline and Clearer Deals
For sales teams, we've spruced up the Pipeline view and added some handy features:
- Updated Pipeline View: The Pipeline view has a new look and works better on both desktop and mobile. There's also a new menu option to move deals between stages with a click.
- Currency Clarity: When editing a deal, you'll now see the currency it's in, so you always know the deal's value.
Files: A New Way to Store and Share
I'm personally excited about this new Files module, like a mini Google Drive or Dropbox inside Nnipa. It lets you manage and share files without leaving the platform. Right now, it's only for beta users, but we'll open it up to everyone soon.
Website: Helping You Get Started
We've made some tweaks to our website to make it more helpful for new and current users:
- What is a CRM?: We added a section on our homepage to explain what a CRM is for folks new to the concept. It's a great starting point to see how Nnipa can help.
- Getting Started Guide: Our user documentation now has a Getting Started section (still in progress) to help new users get comfortable with Nnipa quickly.
- API Waitlist: Want to use the upcoming Nnipa API? Join the waitlist on our website to stay in the know.
- New Blog Post: We wrote a post called Why Nnipa Chose to Focus on Being a Great CRM. It shares our goal to build a top-notch CRM experience instead of trying to do everything.
- Updated Website: We've refreshed the screenshots and text on our site to show off Nnipa's latest features.
More Good Stuff: Small Changes, Big Impact
We've also made some smaller updates to improve your experience:
- Activity Details Upgrade: The activity details view got a refresh, and logs now link to related items like files, contacts, or tasks for quick access.
- Behind-the-Scenes Fixes: We've tackled bugs and made tweaks to keep Nnipa running smoothly, even if you don't notice them right away.
These updates are all about making Nnipa easier to use and more helpful for your business. Whether you're tracking leads, managing deals, or organizing files, we hope these changes make your day-to-day work better. Let us know what you think!
