A lead is a person who might buy from you — like a potential customer. You add them to Nnipa and move them through stages to track progress.

Nnipa CRM has these statuses for categorizing leads:
Under the Customers module, click the “Funnel” tab. The funnel shows all your leads.
All new contacts start as “New”.
To move a lead to the next status, click the menu (as indicated by three dots) next to their name.
Choose the new stage (like “Engaged” or “Customer”) from the list.
Click “Save” to move the lead to the selected status.
