Using the Leads Funnel

A lead is a person who might buy from you — like a potential customer. You add them to Nnipa and move them through stages to track progress.

Understand Lead Statuses

Nnipa CRM has these statuses for categorizing leads:

  • New: A contact just added, with no interaction yet.
  • Engaged: Has shown interest through interactions like a phone call, in-person visit, meeting, or communication via chat or email.
  • Qualified: Fits your ideal customer profile (e.g., has budget, authority, and need).
  • Disqualified: Not a good fit or shows no interest in buying.
  • Opportunity: Actively being pursued for a deal.
  • Customer: Has already bought something.

Managing Leads

  1. Under the Customers module, click the “Funnel” tab. The funnel shows all your leads.

  2. All new contacts start as “New”.

  3. To move a lead to the next status, click the menu (as indicated by three dots) next to their name.
