Terms of Use

This terms of use ("Terms of Use") contains important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations in the use of Nnipa and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and controlled by Nnipa, Co. Ltd. ("Nnipa", "we", "us" or "our").

• Nnipa may modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may notify you of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. This document was last modified on 8th April, 2024.
• By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Service.

Basic Terms

The following terms generally applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users"):

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos, listing and other content ("Content") via the Service.
3. You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other Users.
4. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and secure.
5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the Service and your Content, including but not limited to, copyright laws.
6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Nnipa's sole discretion, result in termination of your account. You understand and agree that Nnipa cannot and will not be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Nnipa, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.

General Users

The following terms include limitations and obligations general to all users in their use of the Service. Please read to know the terms you are bound by in your use of the Service.

1. The Service and Content may in its entirety or in part be protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other laws of Ghana. You acknowledge and agree that the Service and Content are exclusive property of their respective owners.
2. You may not use, copy, sell, distribute, exploit, transfer or sublicense the Service or any Content unless such rights is given to you by their respective owners.
3. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your account and profile page information up-to-date at all times.
4. You may not register more than one (1) account unless Nnipa authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to another party.
5. Nnipa respects copyright laws and expects Users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes copyrights you own, please notify us.
6. Payments made for the purchase of account credit are not refundable.

Security

1. You must not change, modify, adapt or alter the Service or change, modify or alter another service so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or Nnipa.
2. You must not access or use Nnipa's private APIs.
3. You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature. You may not inject content or code or otherwise alter or interfere with the way the Service operates.
4. You must not create accounts with the Service through unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that we will not be liable to you or any third-party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, however arising, that result from:

1. the use, disclosure, or display of your Content.
2. your use or inability to use the Service.
3. any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. the Service generally or the software or systems that make the Service available.
5. unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.
6. statements or conduct of other Users on the Service.
7. any other user interactions that you input or receive through your use of the Service.
8. any other matter relating to the Service.

Our liability is limited whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth in this Terms of Use is found to have failed of its essential purpose. We will have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control.
