  • What is special about Nnipa?

    We designed Nnipa to be as easy as possible. For example, using Nnipa requires zero technical knowledge. With our SMS automation, you don't have to purchase expensive marketing tools.

  • Can I use Nnipa on my phone?

    Yes,Nnipa is built to work on your phone, tablet and PC. You can therefore get work done whether at your office or on the go.

  • How do I pay for a subscription?

    Subscription fees are deducted monthly from your Card or account credit automatically. You should top up your bank account oraccount credit with mobile money to have enough balance for payments. Visit Billing » Payment Methods from the dashboard.

  • What kind of businesses should use Nnipa?

    Nnipa is currently suited for individuals, startups, small businesses and organizations. Some large scale enterprise features such as multi-user accounts and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) are not yet implemented.
