The security and privacy of your data is very important to us, and we have taken significant measures to protect it, through the use of industrial-standard technologies, services and best practices.

We will never sell your data to any third-party, nor use your data for any purpose without your approval. Only a few authorized members of our team could see your data, and we have processes in place where we only look at it if needed to diagnose a specific technical issue.

You are also encouraged to read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect information.

Security Practices

We take the security of your data very seriously. Here is a quick list of our security practices:

  • We use SSL everywhere, within our servers and out.
  • Your sensitive data and credentials are encrypted at rest in our database.
  • We run 100% on the cloud, within a virtual private network that cannot be accessed via the public internet, except via our public-facing proxy servers.
  • We perform regular security audits and updates to ensure our systems are secure and up-to-date.
  • We will notify you within 72 hours of learning about a data breach.
Encryption and Hashing

All connections to Nnipa are fully encrypted using enterprise-grade encryption, hashing and authenticated using a strong protocol (TLS 1.2), Blowfish and a strong cipher (AES_256_GCM).

Since Nnipa only works over HTTPS, you can be sure that your data remains safe and can be accessed securely.

Security vulnerabilities

Nnipa strongly abides by industrial best engineering and security practices to help ensure the security of your data. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please visit our Security Vulnerability Disclosure page and let us know straight away.

Since Nnipa only works over HTTPS, you can be sure that your data remains safe and can be accessed securely.
